From the first phone contact with Mid Cal, to the very last walk-through at the completion of our move I cannot say enough positive! Kudos to Charlie ( the son) for answering all my questions, scheduling our move, and verifying the day before (schedules do get screwed up) & just overall putting me at ease with the process. We have moved more than once and all moves are NOT equal! We were very impressed by the punctuality, friendliness, professionalism, & efficiency of the team (Victor, Brian, & Steve) of movers/packers who did an excellent job with our move this past week. Great job guys!! When moving is stressful all in itself, we couldn't have had any better service provided to decrease that stress. Thank you! We have several unique and/or antique items that require special handling and they knew just how to protect and move them. From protecting the floors in the home you vacate to wrapping up the final details of paperwork at he new location, it was a positive experience. They obviously knew what they were doing and always kept us aware & involved with all areas/items of any concerns/questions. It was never a question in our minds if our satisfaction was valued, it was obviously their primary concern. Mid Cal (& especially "our team") would be our choice again!!
